For as long as I can remember I have adhered to a strong work ethic and a very simple saying: “A person of integrity is there greatest attribute and should never be forsaken.” For the past 6 years, my wife Tammy and I have been working hard to build our company, Help-U-Sell Riverside Realty, into the hardest working Real Estate companies in Southern California. After being in the Residential Development Industry for 30 years the knowledge and experience I have accumulated have naturally crossed over into the Real Estate. A Riverside native since the age of 3, and graduate of 2 Riverside Schools (Ramona, & Riverside Community College), I have tried to give back to my community by coaching Little League and Junior All American Football teams, among other ventures. Greetings !! My name is Ann Herlihy and I am proud to be a part of the Whitehead team. I have been involved with real estate my entire life one way or another. I purchased my first home in Mission Viejo for $18,000 when I was 21 years old; sold it when it hit $32,000 and thought I had it the big time. Imagine. I personally have bought and sold through the years both homes and investments and in 2011 got my real estate license. I have always had a passion for real estate and get so excited when I see first-time home buyers achieve their dream to own a home.
I am a business owner in the community. I own Shirley's Place at Summer Winds, an assisted living home for seniors. I am intimately familiar with senior housing issues. For six years I have owned a vacation rental and, again, am intimately familiar with that exciting industry. It seems all my business endeavors involve "putting heads in beds" !! I'm doing what I love and I am working with a great team. I see great things ahead for our community. |
